Peter McInish
LawyerPeter A. McInish was born in Mobile, Alabama on September 17, 1958. He was raised in Dothan, Alabama, the son of Huey Dwight McInish (1923-1999) and Clara Jean Wise McInish. He attended the University of Alabama and received his B.A. degree in History in 1980. He attended Cumberland School of Law where he received his J.D. degree in 1983 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar the same year. Mr. McInish returned to Dothan and began his legal career with the law firm of Lee & McInish which was established by Alto V. Lee, III and Huey Dwight McInish in 1941. Mr. McInish continued to practice with the firm of Lee & McInish after his father’s death in 1999 until his decision to establish his own practice in October of 2011. Mr. McInish has two children: Mary Margaret Vick, [First National Bankers Bank Birmingham, Alabama] and Peter (B.Arch.Auburn University 2013; M. Arch. Candidate YSoA)
